The self-love accountability circle is a  safe space and encouraging community,  where you can share your struggles and successes while being supported with being accountable to yourself and your goals. 

We will focus on developing positive self-talk, setting boundaries, and exploring how to care for your mental, physical, and emotional needs. We will explore different strategies for self-love, such as positive affirmations, intentions, and mindfulness.

Each month will feature a principle for you to grow and live into. The principle for August is presence. We will work with the 3 pillars of self-love. Self-care, self-compassion, and self-acceptance as we cultivate, nurture, and grow your inner garden. You will get to work with an accountability partner.

You will learn how to build self-love and self-care habits and honor yourself. We will hold each other accountable through weekly group coaching calls and provide guidance, tools, and resources such as affirmations, journaling, meditation, and more to support you in reaching your goals. And making self-care a priority. 

 Learn new ways of taking care of yourself and your boundaries with my growing, glowing, and going technique, as you gently work on what is important to you. Learn your style of self-care. We will work with the complete sentence of no.

I'm Wilma, Spiritual life coach, gardener, and intuitive. I have a passion for gardening. It fortifies my soul in so many ways.   Just like the cycles of life, there are cycles of gardening. 

 I am a soul gardener. I understand that just like a garden, our souls require nurturing, care, and attention. I support my clients with exploring, cultivating, and healing their internal landscape. This supports them in creating compassion and resilience within themselves.

Drawing upon my experiences as a firefighter, I bring a unique perspective to my coaching practice. My time in the fire service allowed me to witness firsthand the fragility and resilience of the human spirit. I know firsthand what it is like to stay calm under pressure. Through the intense and challenging nature of my work, I developed a deep understanding of courage, compassion, and the importance of self-care. My coaching style is deeply rooted in empathy, active listening, and providing practical strategies for managing stress, overcoming adversity, and finding balance in life.
