Meet Coach Wilma

 

 As a Resilience Coach and life Gardener, my journey is not one you might expect. As a retired firefighter and a key crisis intervention team member(CISM), I've been in the heart of stress, overwhelm, and high-stakes environments. My time in the fire service allowed me to witness firsthand the fragility and resilience of the human spirit. I also understand high-stress environments, burnout, and overwhelm as well as the value of self-care.

Today, I channel this understanding into a coaching philosophy that is as nurturing as empowering. By intertwining resilience-building strategies with the gentle, guiding principles of gardening, I offer a fresh perspective on personal growth and resilience. My approach is built upon four foundational pillars: self-awareness, adaptability, coping skills, and self-care. These are the seeds from which your personal development will flourish. 

My style of coaching is compassionate and intuitive. I love gardening and use the valuable insights of the growth, change, and renewal cycles I see in my plants in my coaching.
